Family Mediation or Family Dispute Resolution is a cost-effective and relatively speedy process for resolving separation and divorce matters related to parenting, and property.
Mediation is also ideal for matters related to neighbourhood and civil disputes.
McCarthy Mediation offers

Terms and Conditions
Payment
Mediation fees are to paid in full prior to the mediation commencing. Payment can be made by direct bank deposit.
Cancellations
A cancellation fee may be payable in the event the mediation is cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to the mediation date.
Section 60i Certificates
Section 60i certificates are included in the FDRP mediation fee, should your Parenting matter proceed to mediation.
